Results
Digoxin transport in Caco-2 cells was greater in the B-A direction compared to in the A-B direction (3.2%/h vs. 0.74%/h). In the presence of the P-go inhibitor zosquidar (1 µM), net efflux of digoxin was completely inhibited.
